As Episcopalians, we believe we are called to go into the world and let all we meet know that there is a God who loves us, a God who will not let us go, and that the love of Jesus can set us all free. One of the ways we do that is through Outreach. At All Saints Episcopal church, we strive to reach out to our brothers and sisters in Christ through work locally, regionally, and in the wider world.

Local:

Food Bank: “For I was hungry and you gave me food, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you welcomed me.” Mathew 25:35 The All Saints Food Pantry is open from 9:30-11 a.m. on Tuesdays to Houston County residents within 200% of the federal poverty level. Recipients should bring proof of residency, such as a water bill. Current donation needs include peanut butter, canned chicken, tuna, salmon, and other meats, chunky meals and soups, and diapers. Donations may be dropped off in the office building, to the left of the main church, by appointment.

Family Promise: All Saints is helping support Family Promise, an organization that helps homeless families get back on their feet. You can donate HERE

Local Schools: Each year, the Episcopal Church Women host fundraisers including Wine and Cheese, Casserole sales, and Fall Marketplace to support Houston County elementary schools’ principals’ Funds, which are monies given to be used to help individual children and families at the school principal’s discretion. Special donation drives are also held to support Lindsey and Westside elementaries during the school year.

Regional:

Appleton Episcopal Ministries is a ministry of the Diocese of Atlanta serving the parishes of the Middleton Georgia Convocation. One a year Appleton issues grants in support of outreach programs to Episcopal parishes and their partners in outreach ministry. To be considered for a grant, the submitting program must meet the mission statement of Appleton: Sharing God’s love by partnering as parishes in the Middle Georgia Convocation of the Episcopal Diocese of Atlanta to promote the health, education, safety, and well-being of children and families. Each St. Patrick's Day, All Saints breaks the Lenten fast with a celebration to raise funds for Appleton. The event is co-hosted with St. Christophers-At-The-Crossroads of Perry.
